About Ghost The Musical - Cardiff On the 8th – 27th April 2013, timeless classic, Ghost the Musical hits the stage at the Wales Millennium Centre. Nominated for an Academy Award for Best Film of 1990, the on-screen version of Ghost won numerous awards worldwide and is one of the biggest grossing films in the UK. Since then the smash-hit musical has taken the stage by storm and now has plans to ‘wow Cardiff. Ghost the Musical Cardiff follows the story of two young lovers divided by fate in the most heartbreaking way. Walking back to their apartment one night, Sam and Molly are mugged, leaving Sam murdered on a dark street. Sam is trapped as a ghost between this world and the next and unable to leave Molly, who he learns is in grave danger. With the help of a phony storefront psychic, Oda Mae Brown, Sam tries to communicate with Molly in the hope of saving and protecting her. Ghost the Musical is a rollercoaster ride of romance and comedy with dazzling state-of-the-art staging from director Matthew Warchus.
