All New People is set in the dead of winter in Long Beach Island, New Jersey and follows the story of Charlie, who has hit rock bottom. Shutting himself off from the rest of the world Charlie soon finds his perfect escape is interrupted by a motley parade of misfits whose arrivals quickly change his plans.
